This heart rate monitor uses an advanced wireless data transmission technology to transmit your heart rate information to the watch unit so that user can understand their heart rate performance against exercise conditions. Moreover, it uses accurate 3-dimensional gravity sensor (accelerator) to measure the walking or running steps. The collected data will be shown in the data log of the watch thus, any user can read and understand their body condition easily.
This product also has a unique sleeping function that detect and mark the sleeping quality of the user.
