Uses DEGREES FAHRENHEIT (°F) as unit of measurement and features BUILT-IN CALIBRATION KNOB, has MUCH LIGHTER WEIGHT and is SHORTER. This Refractometer is designed for testing the concentration of the battery fluids, antifreeze liquid and cleaning fluids (CF). It can also be used for checking the strength of electrolyte solution batteries (BA), and measure the concentration of ethylene glycol or propylene glycol in antifreeze liquids.
In addition, an extra cover plate and screws are included to ensure that the prism will still be safe even if the first cover plate is broken.
